5. Documentation, registration and post registration are in the
    favor of the SPV. All documents with the land owners will be
    registered in the name of SPV with complete payment of stamp
    duties and registration charges.



6. Documentation, registration and post registration are in
    the favor of the buyer(s). SPV's name will be in every record of
    the title transferred to the buyer, ensuring a 100% clear and
    marketable title, buyer's/buyers' name will be entered on all the
    land records vide mutation entries.
