25% of the cost of Plant & Machinery and Technical Civil Works

up to Rs. 75 Lacs in difficult areas.

Ministry of Textile TUF Subsidy
20% Capital Subsidy for power loom unit subject to ceiling of Rs. 20
lacs with an investment ceiling of Rs. 200 lacs.
15% Capital Subsidy for Textile (other than power loom) and Jute
sector subject to a ceiling of Rs. 15 lacs with an investment ceiling of
Rs. 200 lacs.
5% Interest Reimbursement plus 10% Capital Subsidy for specified
machinery required in manufacture of Technical Textiles and
Garment products.
5% Interest Reimbursement for all textile units, even if ceiling limit of
investment in Plant & Machinery exceeds Rs. 200 lacs. (For Spinning
Machineries Interest Reimbursement restricted to 4%)
